Red Cap PT is owned and operated by Paul Pidgeon, a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Class Instructor and MaxiMuscle ambassador. At Red Cap PT, we have a rich history of helping clients achieve a range of goals, including elite athletes, rehab patients and people looking for that "Summer beach body!". We utilise a 3 pronged attack through the use of bespoke training plans, detailed nutritional guidance, and the creating of a strong support system to ensure you attain your goals.

About

Paul Pidgeon (Owner and Head Trainer)

Fitness Industry professional and sponsored athlete, Paul has 10 years experience in the Health & Fitness industry. Holding a selection of qualifications and boasting an extensive knowledge of weight training, nutrition and sports specific training.

Paul has been training in gyms since he was 16 years old, gaining his level 2 gym instructors and level 3 Personal Training Qualifications along the way. He continues to train a large number or clients who have specific goals that they want to achieve, be it weight loss, competition prep right through to sports specific training. Paul can offer you the right personalised plan that will suit you and get you the results that you want.

In his own portfolio of sporting achievements he has run the London Marathon twice, taken part in 10+ adventure/mud run races, ridden numerous long distance bike rides/races and has competed as a fitness model. Paul believes that a personal trainer really should be able to "talk the talk & walk the walk". Being a MaxiMuscle brand ambassador, athlete and fitness model makes sure that Paul is committed to his body as well as his clients.
